THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Melinda Pearce TINDELL, Respondent(s).


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent's probationary period is hereby extended and shall terminate six months later from the date set forth in this Court's September 21, 2010, order with all terms and conditions extended. See Florida Bar v. Tindell, 46 So.3d 568 (Fla.2010).

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Melinda Pearce Tindell in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
