THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. Sherrie TAYLOR a/k/a Sherri Lee, d/b/a Taylor Lee & Associates, P.A., Respondent(s).


The Petition for Approval of Stipulation for Permanent Injunction is granted, and the Stipulation for Permanent Injunction is approved. Respondent and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the stipulation.

Sherrie Taylor A/K/A Sherri Lee, D/B/A Taylor Lee & Associates, P .A., shall pay restitution in the amount of $1,000.00 to Steffen Buttner under the terms and conditions set forth in the stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Sherrie Taylor A/K/A Sherri Lee, D/B/A Taylor Lee & Associates, P.A., in the amount of $2,753.28, for which sum let execution issue.
