THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. THOMAS GREGORY SLOTHER Respondent(s)

On 3, September 2013, this Court held Respondent Thomas Gregory Slother in contempt of court for not responding in writing to the Court's Order to Show Cause and failing to respond to the official bar inquiry contained in "Exhibit 1" of The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully responds in writing and until further order of this Court. On October 10, 2013, this Court received a "Notice of Compliance" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Thomas Gregory Slother has now responded in writing to the official bar inquiry. Having complied with this Court's Order, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC12-2065 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately. , C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
