THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Steven E. SIFF, Respondent(s).


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is suspended from the practice of law for eighteen months. Respondent has advised the he is no longer practicing law; therefore this suspension is effective, nunc pro tunc, August 20, 2014. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3–5.1(h).

Respondent is further placed on probation for two years under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and amended consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Steven E. Siff in the amount of $1,381.08, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
