THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. William Sumner SCOTT, Respondent(s).


The Florida Bar's Motion to Dismiss the Respondent's Petition for Review is granted, and Respondent's Petition for Review, filed with this Court on March 29, 2012, is hereby dismissed.

Upon consideration of the uncontested report of referee, the report of referee is approved and it is ordered that The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause is hereby dismissed. No disciplinary sanction is ordered.

Each party shall bear their own costs.
