THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Monica Amelia SANTIAGO, Respondent(s).

On Tuesday, February 14, 2012, this Court held Respondent Monica Amelia Santiago in contempt of court for her failure to fully respond in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended her from the practice of law until she fully responded in writing to the official bar inquiry contained in “Exhibit 1” attached to the Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause, and until further order of this Court. On March 2, 2012, this Court received the Respondent's “Notice of Compliance and Petition to Terminate Suspension,” notifying this Court that Monica Amelia Santiago has now fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry. The petition to terminate suspension is granted and Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC 11–2303, and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.

CANADY, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
