THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Scott Elliot ROVENGER, Respondent(s).


The Disbarment on Consent is approved and respondent is disbarred. Respondent agreed to cease practicing law within thirty days of signing the March 7, 2012, consent; therefore this disbarment is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3–5.1(g).

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the disbarment on consent.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Scott Elliot Rovenger in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
