THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Vana RENEJUSTE, Respondent(s).


Opinion

The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.

Respondent shall attend The Florida Bar's Ethics School under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent is further placed on probation for one year under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $2,500.00 to Francisco Pantoja under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent shall comply with all other terms and conditions in the report and the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Vana Renejuste in the amount of $2,577.33, for which sum let execution issue.
