THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. Carlton PIERCE, Respondent(s).


The Court approves the referee's report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at a date and time to be determined by the Board.

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report.

The Florida Bar has filed an Amended Statement of Costs, in which it has corrected and reduced the amount sought. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Carlton Pierce in the amount of $3,891.80, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
