THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Michael A. PETERS, Respondent(s).


The Notice of Adjudication of Incompetence for Placement on the Inactive List in the above cause by The Florida Bar is granted and Michael A. Peters is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3–7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Respondent is currently retired, therefore placement on the inactive list is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3–5.1(h).

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of placement on the inactive list.
