THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Matthew Glenn PALENTCHAR, Respondent(s).

Opinion

On June 1, 2010, this Court held Respondent, Matthew Glenn Palentchar, in contempt of court. The Court suspended him from the practice of law until he has certified compliance with the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” and until further order of this Court. On April 6, 2015, this Court received a “Joint Certification Regarding Respondent's Compliance with Subpoena for Trust Account Record” notifying this Court that Matthew Glenn Palentcha has now complied with the subpoena decus tecum. Having complied with the subpoena decus tecum, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC 10–545.

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.

LEWIS, J., The Respondent has failed to comply with the Florida Bar Rules, has failed to comply with an order of this Court and has been in contempt for 5 years causing me to deny without prejudice until further order of this Court.
