THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. William E. PACE, Respondent(s).


The report of the referee is disapproved and Respondent is enjoined from engaging in the acts complained of in the Bar's “Petition Against the Unlicensed Practice of Law,” specifically his pro se representation of the Earl H. Pace Irrevocable Trust (the Pace Trust). No other sanctions shall be imposed.

Each party shall bear its own costs. PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
