THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. BRIAN JOHN MURTHA Respondent(s)

On November 5, 2013, this Court held Respondent Brian John Murtha in contempt of this Court's order. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully complied with the terms and conditions in SC12-333, and until further order of this Court.
