THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Jussi Kustaa KIVISTO, Respondent(s).

The petition for contempt is hereby denied without prejudice to The Florida Bar addressing the issue of repetitious filings in the related case Florida Bar v. Kivisto, SC12–770, in which the alleged misconduct is claimed to be occurring. See Fla. Stds. Imposing Law. Sancs. 9.22(e); R. Regulating Fla. 3–7.17; Fla. Bar v. Thompson, 979 So.2d 917, 918–19 (Fla.2008) (litigants cannot engage “in a relentless and frivolous pursuit for vindication” of an already settled issue). All other requests for relief are hereby denied.

POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
