THE FLORIDA BAR Complainant(s) v. JOHN CHRISTOPHER GETZINGER Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2014-51,258(17F)

On September 8, 2014, this Court held Respondent John Christopher Getzinger in contempt of court for failure to respond to the Bar's inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully responds in writing to the Bar's inquiry and until further order of this Court. On November 24, 2014, this Court received a "Notice of Respondent's Compliance with this Court's Order Dated September 8, 2014" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that John Christopher Getzinger has now responded to disciplinary allegations in The Florida Bar File No. 2014-50,658(17F). Having complied with this Court's Order dated September 8, 2014, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC14-963 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.
