THE FLORIDA BAR v. Re: William Lee DURDEN, III.


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and William Lee Durden, III, is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from William Lee Durden, III, in the amount of $1,977.01, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
