THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. Adam Michael DELI, Respondent(s).


The Revised Consent Judgment for Revocation is approved and respondent's conditional admission is revoked, effective thirty days from the date of this order so that respondent can close out his practice and protect the interests of existing clients. Respondent shall thereafter not be a member of The Florida Bar and shall not engage in the practice of law in the State of Florida.

Respondent shall pay the monitoring fee arrearages in the amount of $225.00 within thirty days of this order.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Adam Michael Deli in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
