The Petition for Placement on Inactive List filed in the above cause by the The Florida Bar is granted and Alfred Wayne Clark, Jr., is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Placement on the inactive list will be effective thirty days from the date of this order so that respondent can close out his practice in an orderly manner and take steps to protect the legal interests of existing clients. If respondent notifies this Court in writing that he is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the placement on the inactive list effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed until he is reinstated.
