THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner v. Ricardo BRUTUS, Respondent.


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondent and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the report and the stipulation.

Ricardo Brutus shall pay restitution in the amounts of $500.00 to Jean Gerard Macias, $750.00 to Jean Surin, $500.00 to Michael Nicolas, $500.00 to Tamanji Bootle–Wilson, $400.00 to Magrela Jean Philippe, and $250.00 to Jerome Jean Jacques under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the stipulation. Ricardo Brutus shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing to the petitioner to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Ricardo Brutus in the amount of $4,293.77, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
