THE FLORIDA BAR, Petitioner(s) v. THOMAS LOUIS BORELL, Respondent(s).


The Disbarment on Consent is approved and respondent is disbarred. Respondent agreed to cease the practice of law within thirty days of the date he executed the disbarment on consent; therefore this disbarment is effective, nunc pro tunc, June 2, 2012. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3–5.1(g).

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Thomas Louis Borell in the amount of $3,236.00, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
