The "Motion to Amend Supreme Court's Order of 9/4/14" is treated as a motion for rehearing and is hereby granted. The Order of the Court dated September 4, 2014, is amended to remove the requirement of a close out period as the parties' filings before the Court demonstrate that a close out period is not necessary in this case.
