This collection due process (CDP) case was remanded to the IRS's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental CDP hearing.

On July 17, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the settlement officer is in the process of preparing the offer-in-compromise for submission to counsel for the Commissioner for final approval and also attached a copy of the supplemental notice of determination concerning IRS collection actions issued to petitioner Kristi L. Fjeld-Roskos. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 22, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of this case.
