ORDER DISMISSING BURGER KING CORPORATION


Based upon the joint stipulation and motion of Plaintiffs Kelly Fivas and Melinda A. Jolley, and Defendant Burger King Corporation (improperly named Burger King), and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS ORDERED by the Court that the claims of Plaintiffs Kelly Fivas and Melinda A. Jolley are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as against Defendant Burger King Corporation (improrerly named Burger King), with each party bearing its own costs. This dismissal does not affect Plaintiffs' claims as against any remaining defendant.
