Michael A. Fiumara Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

On September 20, 2021, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that call, the parties expressed their continued preference for an in-person rather than a virtual trial. Also, during the call the Court and the parties discussed setting a schedule in anticipation of conducting an in-person trial in late March or April 2022. The Court suggested that the parties communicate regarding proposed trial dates and a proposed scheduling order. The Court further advised that an order seeking a joint status report as to proposed trial dates and a proposed scheduling order would be issued.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 4, 2021, file joint or separate status report(s), reflecting the then-present status of this case and a proposed scheduling order including proposed trial dates.
