Opinion
No. 92-3746.
January 20, 1994.
An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims; John G. Tomlinson, Jr., Judge.
Mark L. Zientz of Williams Zientz, Miami, for appellants.
Joseph Hackney, Jr., Miami, for appellee.
In this workers' compensation case, we reverse the award of temporary total disability benefits for the periods from October 10 through November 8, 1988, and from May 8 through 22, 1989. On remand, the judge of compensation claims is directed to award only temporary partial disability benefits for those periods. In all other respects, the order appealed is affirmed.
AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; and REMANDED, with directions.
