ORDER Trial court case number: 1474580 Trial court: 180th District Court of Harris County

Appellant Jay Colby Fitzgerald appeals convictions for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in Trial Court Case Nos. 1474580 and 1474585. Appellant's brief, however, raises one issue pertaining only to his conviction under Case No. 1474585.

Appellant is ORDERED to submit a merits brief or an Anders brief pertaining to his conviction under Trial Court Case No. 1474580 within thirty days of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1; Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S. Ct. 1396 (1967). In light of previous delay, no extensions will be granted absent exceptional circumstances.
