Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements, without prejudice to a renewal of the motion to dismiss the complaint on all the grounds heretofore urged, after a final judgment or order has been entered in the Connecticut action for interpleader. Under the prayer for other and further relief, the instant action and all proceedings thereunder are stayed, subject to the further order of the court, until the determination of the Connecticut action referred to. Settle order on notice.
