EDWARD D. FITZGERALD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On March 28, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw As Counsel, requesting therein that Arthur W. Petersen III be withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case. Respondent represents that another attorney, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen, has entered an appearance in this case as counsel for respondent. However, upon further review of the record, it appears that Arthur W. Petersen III is the only attorney who has entered an appearance in this case as counsel for respondent.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Withdraw As Counsel is denied.
