ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to permit out-of-state attorney Albert Grant Phelan to appear and practice on behalf of Fitness International LLC is GRANTED for this appeal only, effective on the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. However, Michelle C. Harrell (P48768) will appear as counsel of record for this party. MCR 8.126(A).
