ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to hold in abeyance is GRANTED. This appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE until the trial court enters an order disposing of appellee's request for attorney fees submitted to the trial court in September 2023. Appellant shall file with this Court a copy of the trial court order disposing of that matter within seven days after entry. Appellant's brief on appeal shall be due 28 days after entry of the trial court's order disposing of the September 2023 request for attorney fees.

Either party may file a motion to conclude the abeyance earlier if the trial court has not entered an order disposing of the September 2023 request for attorney fees within 56 days after the date of this order.
