Fisher v. Dept. of Corr

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jul 29, 2002
649 N.W.2d 77 (Mich. 2002)

Opinion

No. 121421 (16).

July 29, 2002.

COA: 239802, Wayne CC: 88-500087

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The complaint for writ of habeas corpus is treated as an application for leave to appeal from the April 16, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals and is also considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
