This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on November 7, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio.

On August 4, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. The parties informed the Court that due to the complexity of the issues in this case, decision documents would take time, and the parties requested this case be continued and returned to the general docket.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 4, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the November 7, 2022 calendar in Cleveland, Ohio, and that this case is continued generally.
