This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 9, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On August 23, 2024, respondent filed a Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Index no. 9). The Administrative Record is attached to the Stipulation.
Later on August 23, 2024, respondent filed a Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Index no. 10) and separately the Administrative Record (Index no. 11).
On August 29, 2024, respondent's counsel informally contacted Court personnel to advise that the Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Index no. 9) was filed in error.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that respondent's Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Index no. 9) filed August 23, 2024, is hereby stricken from the record in this case.
