Maggie FISHER-REED, Appellant v. ALTAIR SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., Appellees

From the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2017-CI-09235
Honorable Stephani A. Walsh, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant filed a Motion to Reconsider Appellant's Request for Interlocutory Permissive Appeal. We have considered appellant's motion for rehearing, and the motion is DENIED.

Appellant also filed a First Amended Application for Interlocutory Appeal. We issued an opinion on January 3, 2018, denying appellant's petition for permissive appeal and remanding the cause to the trial court. Therefore, there is no live petition pending that would be subject to amendment. Accordingly, the amended application is moot.

Irene Rios, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 8th day of February, 2018.
