ORDER

Joseph W. Nega Judge.

This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On April 11, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. In that status report respondent represented that a Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Jurisdiction As To Petitioner Kristin Lee Fish filed on March 30, 2022, remains pending before the Court, however, petitioners have reached a basis for settlement in this case with respondent's Appeals Office.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the May 2, 2022, San Diego, California, session of the Court and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2022, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision or (2) a joint status report (or separate reports if this is not possible) of the then-present status of this case.
