This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating that additional time is needed for petitioner's pro bono attorney to review documents. The parties are continuing to work toward a settlement in this case. Petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
