In an action on a judgment, defendants appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to prosecute. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
