Ericka B. FISCHER, Appellant v. TALAVERA LUXURY APARTMENTS, LLC, Appellee

From the County Court at Law No. 3, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2024CV02554 Honorable David J. Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Beth Watkins, Justice

On August 9, 2024, we issued an order noting that appellant's appeal in a forcible detainer action appeared to be moot. Accordingly, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. On August 19, 2024, appellant filed a response to our order that adequately addressed the jurisdictional issue. Accordingly, we RETAIN this appeal on our active docket.

The reporter's record is now due. We ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter's record or a notification of late record by September 26, 2024.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 27th day of August, 2024.
