Appellants having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered June 7, 2019, and to adjourn the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time for a reply brief and the time is extended to October 7, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for October 19, 2020, and is added to term of this Court commencing November 30, 2020.
