On November 12, 2022, petitioners filed with the Court a Motion to Proceed Remotely. On November 29, 2022, petitioners filed a second Motion to Proceed Remotely. Upon due consideration of petitioners' aforementioned motions, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed November 29, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioners' Amended Motion to Proceed Remotely. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, the parties shall confer regarding the status of the case and the parties' views as to the above-referenced amended motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 8, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' above-referenced amended motion, noting therein any objections, if any, of the granting of the amended motion, and shall therein advise the Court as to the current progress in the case and whether the parties have conferred as directed.
