Action to recover on a promissory note, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield, where the court, Dranginis, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for default and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Pickett, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
