Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Frank C. Collier, Judge.

Action by the First Trust & Savings Bank of Pasadena, a banking corporation, and others, against the City of Pasadena, to recover a portion of taxes paid by plaintiffs under an alleged overassessment of plaintiffs’ properties through the use of erroneous methods of valuation, wherein defendant filed a demurrer. From a judgment of dismissal after sustaining the demurrer, plaintiffs appeal.

Affirmed.
