This is an action on a promissory note. Order granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and dismissing the affirmative defenses and counterclaim set forth in the defendants' answer, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
