Order unanimously modified so as to limit items 2 and 10 relating to book value only as to March 31, 1953, and by further eliminating items 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 as to the corporate defendant, and items 1 to 7 inclusive as to the individual defendants. As so modified the order is affirmed. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
