So much of the judgment as dismissed the counterclaim seeking a declaration is vacated, and a new judgment is to enter declaring that the mortgages securing the plaintiff's loan and the defendant's personal guaranty are valid and binding upon the parties. The remainder of the judgment is affirmed.
