ORDER OF DISMISSAL


It appearing to the Court that Plaintiff The First National Bank of Bridgeport and Defendant Bisys Document Solutions, Inc. have reached a settlement of the claims and counterclaims asserted in this action, and having expressed a desire that the pending litigation, including all claims and Counterclaims be dismissed with prejudice, it is hereby;

ORDERED AND DECREED that Plaintiff's claims and Defendant's counterclaims be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the settlement agreement reached between the parties, with only the parties' and duties under said written settlement agreement surviving this order.

FINAL JUDGMENT

In accordance with the court's order of dismissal of even date herewith,

The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that all claims asserted by either party against the other in this action be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
