First Fidelity Bank v. Fulgenzi

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 2, 1997
240 A.D.2d 366 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

June 2, 1997

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Silverman, J.).

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The appellant mortgagor failed to establish such improprieties in the conduct of the foreclosure sale as would warrant setting it aside (see, CPLR 2003). The appellant's remaining contentions are without merit.

O'Brien, J.P., Ritter, Altman and McGinity, JJ., concur.
