Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Melville, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court, Lewis, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered judgment thereon; subsequently, the court, Stodolink, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment and denied the motion for a deficiency judgment as against the defendant Anthony C. Testo, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
