No response having been filed to the Court's order to show cause, dated March 15, 2002, this action is dismissed for lack of prosecution insofar as it is brought against Afiwa, S.A., Jens Schlegelmilch, Peninsula Appreciation Inc., North American Consortium, Inc. and Iradj Vahabzadeh. This does not affect the pendency of the action against the other defendants.
