In Re: MJM Investment, LLC and George Bonfanti, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 97771. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. The writ application fails to comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5. Specifically, the relators, George Bonfanti and MJM Investment, LLC, violated the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5(C)(9), by not including a copy of the opposition and attachments to its motion for protective order and motion to quash filed by First American Bank and Trust in the trial court. In order for this Court to examine the writ application, it must be presented with attachments in the manner required by the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Uniform Rules of Louisiana Court of Appeal, Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7.
In the event that the defendant seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4.1 and 4.5. Any new application must be filed on or before March 9, 2015 and must contain a copy of this ruling.
